We only ship to the USA at this time.

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Business days are from Monday-Friday. Allow longer shipping times when there are new releases, preorders, sales, and around holidays. If non-preorder items are bought with preorder items, it will ship altogether, not separately.

Please double check your shipping informationWe are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient address information. If your package is returned back to Heavenly Chicana, due to incorrect/insufficient address information, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for reshipping fees. Refunds are not accepted (no exceptions).

Once customer receives tracking number we are not responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost packages, as well as shipping delays because of the shipping carrier. 

Please Note: Delivery times at checkout are not guaranteed, they're estimates by the shipping carrier of when your order will arrive. As always, you can track your package with your tracking number, provided in the shipping conformation email, that is sent, when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

 

Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellations or modifications once order is placed.

Exceptions for cancellations/refunds:

If your order comes out as HIGH RISK fraud, or suspected to be a reseller, we will cancel/refund your order and may refuse service from future purchases.

* We will cancel/refund your order, if you are suspected to be a reseller because all products are sold and intended for personal use only. All products, especially original paintings is for personal use only; reselling is prohibited due to copyright/Intellectual Property laws. Copyright and the intellectual property of all art on products are retained by Heavenly Chicana. 

Exceptions for modifications: 

If you believe that you put the incorrect SHIPPING address at checkout, please email heavenlychicana@gmail.com right away, so I can modify the address before it ships.

 

Changes to Store Policy

Heavenly Chicana reserves the right to change our store policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the store policy for any changes or updates.
