Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted if you request a refund within 14 days of product delivery. For an item to be eligible for a return it must be in its original condition, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, or used. In case of a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund only if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Returning an item before it's approved by us will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects. 


Exchanges / Modifications 
There are no exchanges or modifications once the order is placed. If you believe that you put the incorrect SHIPPING address at checkout, please email heavenlychicana@gmail.com right away, so we can modify the address before it ships.

 

Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at heavenlychicana@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-refundable items Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), if the customer orders the incorrect size or color (such as apparel, bedding, etc.), or if the buyer simply regrets their purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your order comes out as HIGH RISK fraud, or suspected to be a reseller, we will cancel/refund your order and may refuse service from future purchases.

  • We will cancel/refund your order, if you are suspected to be a reseller because all products are sold and intended for personal use only. All products, especially original paintings is for personal use only; reselling is prohibited due to copyright/Intellectual Property laws. Copyright and the intellectual property of all art on products are retained by Heavenly Chicana.
